At the forefront of my responsibilities as an Early Years Area Manager, I strive to provide leadership and guidance to all our early childhood educators by empowering them to implement evidence-based teaching strategies in line with the British EYFS curriculum. By offering ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities, the LDN team fosters a culture of continuous learning and growth within our nursery settings.
Additionally, I actively engage in building relationships and partnerships with parents, children, and staff, advocating for the needs of children, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Through our strategic vision, we continuously stay updated on the latest research incorporating best practices into our early years settings to ensure the children receive the best possible early education experience and outcome.
With over 30 year’s experience, in the early years sector, I have developed a deep commitment and passion when it comes to early childhood education and recognise the profound impact it has on our children's future. By providing guidance, support, and expertise my team can collectively contribute to building a solid educational foundation that sets children on a path toward lifelong success.
