Feedback from the parents is always seen as an opportunity to improve the service of the nursery. Therefore, all complaints should be submitted to the nursery manager in writing via email, letter or complaint forms. The nursery manager in return will approach the parent with a letter or email of acknowledgment followed by an initial response within 48 hours. All issues linked to a complaint will be addressed and resolved within one week. The nursery manager and the parents will deal with the complaints respectfully without causing any disruptions or provoking harmful or unlawful actions for each party. Little Diamond Nursery will endeavour to ensure parent’s satisfaction wherever possible; however, the interests of all the children, parents, staff and that of the nursery itself sometimes have to take precedent.
